Welcome to A Poinettia Winter Quilt Block-of-the-Month. This is a beautiful winter quilt that is designed by Jason Yenter from In The Beginning Quilts that features a stunning poinsettia print and coordinates surrounded by a beautiful border wreath print. The format breaks this larger project down into 4 smaller projects that Marilyn will help you accomplish with her good technical instructions and precision piecing techniques. Month #1 ~ Large Star Blocks Month #2 ~ Tree Blocks Month #3 ~ Piece Border Month #4 ~ Corner Star Blocks, Quilt Top Assembly & Mitered Border. As a note, you must do all of the cutting at home so that we can accomplish the piecing in class. You will not finish the piecing for each month in class but you will leave with all of the skills to complete each month and some homework! The great news is that we have kits for this quilt and the project book!!!

This collection is similar to the first French General group with Moda everyone might remember (and still have bits of) Rouenneries. We still have a few kits available to pre-order - due to ship late September. Join Marilyn to help sort out and give great tips for making this quilt!
